Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FluxAuth service ("Service").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account. You must notify FluxAuth immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Applications and Licenses

The Service allows you to create applications, generate licenses, and create variables for your applications, including file uploads. You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of your applications and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Payment and Subscription

The Service is a paid service, and you will be charged based on your usage. We use Stripe to process payments. By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your payment information by Stripe, and you authorize FluxAuth to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by FluxAuth, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate FluxAuth, a FluxAuth employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses or usernames associated with any of the foregoing).
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm FluxAuth or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
